AUSTRALIA POST

  • We recommend checking your order confirmation email to find out when your order will leave our warehouse.
  • Australia Post Varies from 3-5 Days Depending on location.
  • Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a separate dispatch confirmation email from Australia Post to let you know that it’s on its way.
  • If a tracking number is provided in your dispatch email, you can contact the courier directly for further information on your delivery.
  • Alternatively, if an account was made before purchase you can login to view the current status of the order.
  • If an item has not been received within 7 days of purchase please get into contact with us as soon as possible on (03 9464 2200) or sales@autotecnica.com.au

Direct Freight

  • Direct Freight Post Varies from 3-10 Days Depending on location and size of item.
  • Once your order has left our warehouse, To receive a  dispatch confirmation and tracking email from Direct Freight please contact us on (03 9464 2200) or sales@autotecnica.com.au
  • If a tracking number is provided in your dispatch email, you can contact the courier directly for further information on your delivery.
  • Direct Freight orders will not be provided with tracking unless requested
